Hello, I am a senior counsel and legal director with over 15 years of experience in structuring, developing and financially closing reneable energy, water, and waste infrastructure projects, M&A deals, and commercial transactions in the Middle East, Turkey, Africa and Asia. I possess in-depth expertise in project finance, investments transactions, asset and share-based transactions and corporate governance, and a good knowledge of business development and financing aspects (equity and debt). My missions are: -Infrastructure projects: Handle all legal, structuring and project financing aspects of the development of water (IWPs), energy and waste projects developed by Veolia in the Middle East, from inception to financial closing, including taking part in the business development of those projects. -M&A / Investments: Spearhead all aspects of M&A transactions (JVs, assets and shares based deals, etc.) and investments opportunities in the Middle East. Participate to the identification of and discussions with, potential third party investors (private equity funds, financial institutions, family offices, etc.). -Financing operations: Supervise, and take lead legal role in, all structured finance deals and all financing operations (increase of capital, shareholders loans, credit facilities). -Corporate: manage all corporate subjects, governance matters, and incorporation of JVs and legal entities.
