All, I'm a Premier Support engineer at Atlassian in Amsterdam, one of the best place to work in Netherland !! We partner our Enterprise customer on issue troubleshooting and product user experience improvement to make customer success. My work consists in: 1. Assisting customer for the issue troubleshooting. 2. Creating knowledge base article. 3. Consulting and training junior engineer 3. Working on the improvement project for the internal process and customer experience. Started as a normal support engineer, I graduated though Senior support engineer on multiple products before joining the Premier support team.
