Présentation de Sylvain

Hello, I started my career as an in-house lawyer then became a company secretary, which led me to manage the governance as well as a number of other matters for a financial services multinational (including raising finance on the markets, trademarks, real estate, businesses, etc). I founded and managed a mobile bank in France and am now working as an advisor to a number of startups whilst finalising my next project. Today, in addition to spending a bit of time with a number of startups in different fields, I am helping a couple of new banks to obtain the right licence for their activities in the right markets. I am also spending time finalising the business plan for some new ventures in banking before starting to build the businesses and looking for the right type of funding. This involves a lot of networking and confronting ideas with various industry experts.
