Présentation de Pierre Emmanuel

Hello, I am in charge of the merger and the transformation of two Swiss private banks. First of all; my job consists of merging two different company’s cultures to success merger of the structures. As as chief technical officer, I have to help the chief executive officer to design the transformation strategy and lead the implementation plan (sales management, client experience, new services offering, operational platform enhancement etc). I also lead the change management in helping managers and head of business lines to structure their strategic plan. Of course, an important part of my job is linked to communication, human resources to promote leadership and skills of employees who make the transformation. I have worked in different transformation positions since 2015. Thanks to my diverse experiences (risk analyst, relationship manager, internal auditor, compliance chief operating officer) and my deep conviction that transversal organizations as well as sharing economy are the key success factors for the futures competitive companies.
