Je suis Français installe a Londres depuis 10 ans, et je travaille chez CBRE, qui est le leader mondial des services immobilier. Je suis responsable d’un contrat d’externalisation de la fonction immobilière avec Johnson Controls International. A ce titre, je suis responsable d’une équipe d’environ 100 personnes dans 24 pays qui délivre des services de Facility Management, stratégie et transaction immobilière, project management, gestion des contrats d’énergie et development durable. The portfolio of my client includes manufacturing plants, offices, storage and distribution sites and R&D facilities (400 sites, 5.5m square feet). My role includes team leadership (100 employees in different countries), P&L management ($25 million of revenue), client relationship, business growth, performance management, and integration of the different services that we provide to our client. With over 17 years of international experience with global clients from the Professional Services, Banking, FMCG and Industrial sectors, I am an accomplished multicultural corporate real estate leader with a strong track record of: ► creating and implementing integrated real estate solutions for global occupiers ► delivering portfolio strategy, creating value, savings and flexibility across global occupiers' real estate portfolios ► designing and implementing operational delivery strategies supporting corporate initiatives through the achievement of cost reduction and quality improvement ► managing $25m+ annual budgets ► creating effective customer relationships ► building and leading large, diverse, international teams ► delivering large-scale change I have led teams of up to 100 employees across services such as real estate transactions and strategy, project management, PMO, environment health and safety, energy management and sustainability, and integrated facility management services. After my studies in France at Sorbonne university and ESSEC business school, I dived straight into the real estate world and tried various jobs before getting to corporate real estate, which is, in a nutshell, the management of a company's operational real estate portfolio - usually the second biggest cost after human resources.
