Je suis Français installe a Londres depuis 10 ans, et je travaille chez CBRE, qui est le leader mondial des services immobilier. Je suis responsable d’un contrat d’externalisation de la fonction immobilière avec Johnson Controls International. A ce titre, je suis responsable d’une équipe d’environ 100 personnes dans 24 pays qui délivre des services de Facility Management, stratégie et transaction immobilière, project management, gestion des contrats d’énergie et development durable. After my studies in France at Sorbonne university and ESSEC business school, I dived straight into the real estate world and tried various jobs before getting to corporate real estate, which is, in a nutshell, the management of a company's operational real estate portfolio - usually the second biggest cost after human resources.
