Hello, I am a Lab Manager working for a French CDMO group specialized in sterilized injectable . I have working for university for 5 years a for Baxter for 5 years too. I have a industrial chemistry formation. My main duties are: -Lab management: daily management of the laboratory and its teams, recruitment, coaching,... -Analytical expertise: For packaging, raw materials, final products, stabilities studies or request from manufacturing plant. After my studies in IPL (Institut Paul Lambin) I joined GSK for a small time but I preferred going to UCL for starting my careers. I was doing pharmaceutical fundamental research and didactic teaching. After 5 years I leaved for Baxter Manufacturing plant in Lessines as QC technician. After a bit more than 2 years I leaved Lessines for Alliance Parc (Braine L'Alleud) site as Research associate. 2 year lather I started as lab supervisor in Cenexi LT a CDMO plant based in Braine l'Alleud.
