Hello, I am a highly accomplished visionary researcher with domestic and international experience in conducting and implementing various levels of economic and policy research. I am a subject matter expert in economic and public policy analysis, data collection and processing, statistical and econometric analysis, and public finance. My core competencies are: • economic/policy planning • program management • statistics/econometrics, data analysis • budget management • organizational change • mentoring and coaching. My missions consist in various types of consulting assignments with international organizations. Some examples, among many others: - providing mainly remotely advice, suggestions and recommendations to the Green Climate Fund’s Technical Advisory Panel, with a view to enhancing the technical assessments of funding proposals addressed to the Panel and expanding the Panel's technical coverage - supporting a rating exercise to score previously approved investments in the International Finance Corporation’s portfolio using a new development impact measurement framework (AIMM) - developing a well-being framework for an international NGO’s worldwide activities, based on micro-economic, psychological, sociological, and ecological research on well-being and quality of life - evaluating the European Union State Building Contract (SBC), a form of conditional macroeconomic support to states in situation of fragility. At the beginning of my career I worked with the Foreign Affairs Ministry of Italy and I've subsequently spent long periods in the field with the UN..
