Hello, I am head of market access at Novartis Pharma. I am responsible for pricing and reimbursement for pharmaceutical products in neuroscience, ophthalmology, allergy and asthma, cardiovascular and diabetes. My missions are: • working cooperatively with global teams in developing early market access strategies • developing comprehensive product value communication strategies to support reimbursement for all portfolio • demonstrate payers, clinicians and other external constituents the health economic, humanistic value and benefit of Novartis’ products • lead stakeholder management regarding pricing and reimbursement and supporting execution of plans • developing comprehensive evidence generation strategies with global including health economic and outcomes research, as well as health systems’ research to support the value demonstration of assets pre-launch and/or marketed products in relevant disease/ therapeutic areas. I got this job after over 14 years of proven multinational experience serving the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, specializing in strategic business development through reimbursement and pricing to enhance access in both mature and emerging markets.
