Hello, I work with EU institutions providing research, consultancy and evaluations to improve public policies. I have been working in this sector for over 10 years. The main responsibilities I have are: - overseeing client delivery - from designing the methodologies for assignments, through monitoring of implementation, to analysis and presentation of results to meet client expectations - business development - in particular responding to calls for tenders - management and support of project teams but also line managing other members of staff. I started my career with passion for public policy and deep enthusiasms for the EU. I have been working in research and evaluation since the beginning of my career right after my masters in public policy. Happy to share my experience. Daniela
