Hello everyone, I am currently a legal counsel at Guinea Alumina Corporation (GAC), an Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) subsidiary which carries out a bauxite project in West Africa to support the Aluminium refinery in the United Arab Emirate. As a legal counsel, I ensure that all the necessary documentation is in place to support any business transaction, provide a timely and practical legal advice to the company, interact with the pool of the company's external firms and ensure that the company complies with all applicable laws. I have been selected from a large-scale competition. I would be happy to share my personal experience. Ibrahima
