Hi, My name is Olivier and I'm a French Chef with 20 years of international experience. As Executive Chef, I need to ensure the food quality in the restaurants, develop the culinary team and meet the financial objectives pertaining to the business. I follow the trends, being guests' focused and aware of the competition is part of the strategy and matters to fix goals. Purchasing the food products, following health and safety standards during the preparation and service process are more of the daily responsibilities. Leading the team, training the Chefs to different cuisines, kitchen operation is a very important factor to success. I bring with me experience in various countries, high end restaurants, hotels and resorts I'm available to discuss about international career in culinary and hospitality and give advise. Olivier
