Bonjour à toutes et à tous, My name is Olivier, and I am a food and beverage professional with over 15 years of international experience across the French, Swiss, Vietnamese, Qatari, and Thai markets — from charming bistros to luxury palace-level hotels. My career has always been driven by one mission: to create seamless, memorable experiences for guests while leading and developing strong operational teams. I have spent much of my time overseeing full F&B hotel operations, ensuring consistency, creativity, financial performance, and guest satisfaction. My career began in France, where I built my foundations in culinary and F&B operations, before moving to Switzerland to strengthen my expertise in high–end hospitality environments. These early years shaped my understanding of precision, consistency, and guest-centric service — values that have guided me ever since. I then spent 8 years in Vietnam, where I led 3 pre-openings and 4 openings of various hotel and restaurant concepts — first as Head Chef, then as Director of Food & Beverage. After this Asian experience, I moved to Qatar to support the World Cup preparation phase for a large branded beachfront resort. I am currently based in Thailand, where I oversee the full F&B division of a 5-star resort within the Centara Hotels & Resorts group, ensuring both operational excellence and exceptional guest experience.
