Bonjour à toutes et à tous, I am Olivier, a food and beverage professional with over 15 years of experience gained within French, Swiss, Vietnamese, Qatari, and Thai markets; from Bistro to Palace. I spent 8 years in Vietnam where I took charge of 3 pre-opening and 4 openings of different F&B concepts and hotels as Head Chef at first then Director of Food and Beverage. After my Vietnamese experience, I moved for a short time in Qatar to support World Cup preparations of a massive resort. I recently settled in Thailand where I am in charge of all F&B aspects of a 5* resort part of the "Small Luxury Hotels of the World" collection. I am looking forward to talking with you soon; sharing my experience and answering any questions you might have regarding F&B, hospitality, and expatriation as per the Middle-East and South East Asian markets.
