Hello, Thank you for taking the time to read my profile on MyJobGlasses. I am in charge of Marketing & Marketplace sales in MicksGarage, an ecommerce company. I manage the company’s accounts on eBay and Amazon. I also run marketing campaigns and look after outbound marketing for my company’s website. On marketplaces, my responsibilities go from pricing to catalogue management, promotional activities, reputation management (feedbacks), compliance to marketplaces’ policies and SLA, creating IT projects, analysing data, supervising the customer service, reduce the return rate. I also work in marketing on my company's website where I look after marketing campaigns, newsletters, featured products and improving the customer's experience on the site. I have a bacheorl’s degree in Business & Management (BAC+4), and I am graduated in Cognitive Psychology, Ergonomics, Technological Innovation and Human Factor (Bac+5)In Toulouse. I am fluent in French, English and Italian and intermediate in Spanish. I have 8 years experience in my role and I have been helping already a few interns to learn the job. The difference between someone who succeeds and someone who doesn’t, is just in the number of times they are willing to try and the effort they put in what they do. Kind regards Michélé
