Hello, After having worked for international airlines, I am currently a self employed consultant in the field of Station/Airport Operations Control, in the aviation industry. I give consultancies on how to implement the Station Operation Control Concept, using the required training and qualifications. I also help the writing of Ground Operations Manual, as well as specific procedures related to ramp handling. I graduated from the Aix-en-Provence Institut Universitaire de Technologie in Transport & Logistics and the Angers University in Airport services Management. I started my carrier at sales and after few years in ground operations, I became an Airline Station Manager. After acquiring an extensive experience in this role, I moved to a Quality and Procedures Manager position and, as such, I wrote a Ground Handling Manual (GOM), as well as several procedures related to ground operations and I co-wrote a Fuelling Manual.
