Hello, My main duties are: provide expertise, coaching and mentoring to miscellaneous organisation, through consulting in portfolio program project management and PMO set Ip. I do: -PMP, PfMP and PBA certified, brings PPM Excellence and supports the set up or the redefinition of PPMO organizations in various environments: stakeholders, processes, tools, … -Project Leadership and Management for global and multi-site/multicultural portfolios in global pharma development -Experimented user of integrated management tools (planning, resources, costs, facilities) for implementation of integrated solutions to Portfolio and Projects management in a PMO environment, as Business analyst and Project leader. -Ensures the cross communication and ease the operational work of all sub teams and operational sites, including commercial partners -Provides coaching and training on Project Management Methodology I decided to become a consultant after 20 years of experience in miscellaneous companies and organization.
