Hello, I have been leading Business Units/Subsidiaries for my company in Middle East and Africa since 2009. I have sales, service, finance and operations reporting to me directly and I work closely with corporate HR and Marketing. I am responsible for about 110 people with 7 direct and 3 indirect reports. I work with my team to formulate and execute strategies that support our growth plan. I have been with my company since 1997. I had the chance to be given assignments of increasing responsibilities.
