My main duties are: supporting the VP of Customer Experience (CX) Transformation by creating a company-wide culture of the effortless customer experience. Leading customer-focused change throughout the organisation, with a particular focus on the needs of our customers, partners and employees in EMEA, APA and LATAM.
I am International Customer Experience (CX) Transformation Director at SAP Concur Serving as a cross-functional liaison with other stakeholder groups in these regions such Services and Distribution, helping to pull together their insights on key pain points using Qualtrics, collaborating on building the cases and prioritising customer experience improvements.
I graduated in 2002 with a BA Hons in French and Italian for business. I worked a number of different roles in sales, account management, recruitment and operations but multilingual support has taken me to where I am today and I would be happy to talk to you about that journey.
