Hello, My name is Nicolas and I'm Head of Customer Care and Operations Leisure Groups UK. I am the UK Individual Travel Manager for Abbey Ireland and UK. I have been in Abbey for 14 years and I currently look after a couple of teams based in London and Edinburgh. Our target is to provide an excellent service and promote new tours in the UK. My Main duties are: - Manage 2 teams in different locations - Coordinate service delivery - report on sales After my studies in Lille and La Rochelle, I became an intern in Ireland before growing in the company.
