Hello, I am overseeing a team that designs and conducts clinical studies, in order to test the efficacy and safety of potential new drugs. I was Professor of Nephrology at Paris Sorbonne and Greater Paris University Hospitals until 2006, when I decided to move to the Los Angeles and join a pharmaceutical company (Amgen). I am now living inBoston and working for Vertex, which is a pharmaceutical company best known for discovering a treatment that targets the underlying cause of cystic fibrosis.
