Hello, My name is Anna and I am a computational linguist working in the domain of natural language processing. The goal of my work in to build algorithms to automatically analyse texts to extract certain types of information. My everyday tasks consist in: - developing various algorithms for automatic text analysis - annotating corpora for specific tasks - evaluating algorithms. I obtained a degree in linguistics in 2013 and soon started working in text mining and natural language processing. After 2,5 years of experience in industry, I decided to get enrolled into a Phd program to improve my skills and learn the most up-to-date methods and approaches.
