Présentation de Stefan

Dear students, feel free to contact me in French, German, English or Dutch. I am here, based on my passed and present experience, to give you advice, answer questions or maybe go deeper in a specific topic (happy to work hands-on with you, not just talk). Since 2000, I have helped companies take advantage of the digitalisation to improve their performance in terms of brand, sales, customer services, processes, project management, technology and skill set required. At the center of it - the Customer Experience. My jobs consisted and consist in tracking performance of campaigns, tracking progress of digital projects & programs, give status update, making recommendations, working with operational teams and senior management, liaising with a range of departments (technical, engineering, brand, sales teams). I have been living and working outside of my birth country (France) for 20 years now and started my digital career at Dell in the UK which led me to constantly look for the best customer experience. My first job was in the Netherlands in 1998, the internet was still nascent but huge amounts of money were invested in companies ... until the dot.com bubble burst end I am very energised by international responsibilities and enjoy the cross-cultural interactions. In the last few years I have dedicated time to gain Agile expertise, a framework for project Management that puts short development cycles at the forefront in order to iterate quickly and answer faster and better customer needs. A lot of companies are now asking for Agile (Scrum and Kanban) expertise be it in the role of product owner, (Agile) project manager or Scrum Master.
