Présentation de Cyrille

Hello, I'm a scientist in charge of skin microbiota study. We try to define microbiota of healthy skins, and to asses th impact of active cosmetics compounds on skin microbiota. The most important part of my job is to compare several skin microbiota according to the sampling zones and/or the treatments. To do that we work with different bio-bioinformatic tools. I graduated from the "Université Claude Bernard de Lyon" in 2005. I did my PhD in the field of metagenomics , in a a very young start-up named Libragen. The aim of libragen, was to identify new bacterial secondary metabolites with antimicrobial and/or anti-proliferative properties... After my PhD, I started my carrer as scientist junior for Libragen. Libragen was bought by two Swiss companies (Induchem and the Givaudan) due to our knowledges in biotatalysis and metagenomics. Feel free to contact me if you want to know more about my job Cyrille
