Présentation d'Eve-Sophie

Bonjour à toutes et tous, Vous êtes en quête d'une carrière internationale? Alors je pense que je peux répondre à vos questions. Ci-dessous un petit aperçu de mon profil en anglais. Dear all, I am HR project manager in the international pharmaceutical group Novo Nordisk. I manage international projects to support the globalization of our HR fonction. I am responsible to coordinate HR projects such as stakeholders management, organizational change management, system requirements, testing and communication. I have just finalized a project to settle an international job structure which has now successfully become a basic setting for all our employees. We also launched our global compensation platform to allow managers to have a unique compensation system, allowing more colleagues to work across the world and be rewarded with one global approach. I am currently running a project in order to build-up a set of key competencies to operate with new production equipment. I studied English Litterature at Université de Rennes where I validated my Bachelor. I continued my studies with a HR Management Master's Degree in Sup des RH in Paris with a complementary module called "International HR Management". I started my career as an HR Analyst in France, moved to Brazil where I became a HR business partner for 5 years. Then in 2018, I moved to Denmark to become a HR project manager where I am soon going to celebrate 5 years of experience.
