Dear Sir/Madam, Having over 14 years’ senior procurement support for $multi-million projects managed by non-governmental organizations (NGOs). I offer a vision-driven approach to decision-making and strategic planning. Speaking English, Creole, French, and Spanish, I have worked primarily in Kinshasa, DRC, and Haiti. I partner directly with internal local and headquarters-based committees who review and recommend contracts awards, whilst also collaborating with both Project Officers and procurement authorities. I have also operated with external corporate (bank) agents. Since 2010, I have been with MONUSCO, a United Nations (UN) peacekeeping force, UNOPS, the UN Office for Project Services, as well as the Ministère du Tourisme et des Industries Créatives and the International Organization for Migration (IOM), both assisting the Government of Haiti (GoH), respectively in tourism and migration initiatives. Working on a 5-year, $7M+ procurement portfolio across purchase or rental of supplies and services, I administer, coordinate, and oversee long-term Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs), vendor and contractor performance; and Requests for Proposals (RfP), Requests for Quotations (RfQ), and Invitation to Bid (ITB).
