Hi, I am working as a postdoctoral research within the hte-GmbH company for half a year. Will be glad to share experience with young people. I am working in research and development department of company specialized in production of catalysts for all kind of chemical transformations. My main tasks are development of new catalyst and present obtained results to our customers. For this project and time managment skilles are highly important. Interesting and inspiring part of the job is supervision of students. I was study chemistry for 8 years (5 master + 3 PhD) and I always dreamed to work on the research and development.
