Bonjour, I am recruiting talents for French companies that have operations in the USA. I left France when I was 20 and had several experiences abroad as a FLE teacher. I now live in the United States where I directed the Alliance Française for 10 years. I then had a career shift and now work as a head hunter keeping the intercultural connection. The Alliance Française was a beautiful professional and human experience. I never thought I would enjoy what I do now that much after leaving such a wonderful family. I applied and found connections that could introduce me as well. After a series of interviews, I was offered the position. To my surprise, I have found my passion in recruitment too. I love the consultative approach with French companies and the people aspect. I also find it very rewarding as changing job is not a light decision and I love being part of that process.
