Hello, I have multiple hats, my primary function used to be in charge of the IT products, but i am also regional information security officer, data protection officer and member of the IT Architecture group. I am responsible for IT product Management for DGF Europe. This role consists in: - IT Products co-ordination and consultation with Global and Countries - Complexity reduction of the IT application portfolio - Regional IT Product Management - Alignment with products, AIr, Ocean, LLP, CDZ - Product innovation - Regional products release management - Regional products change management - Regional products vendor management I am also Regional Information Security Officer, Data protection official and represent DGF Europe in the IT Architecture working group. I am Prince2 certified and Cargowise Certified Professional (CCP). Security wise I am CISSP and CCSP. Service management wise I am ITIL 4 foundation certified Specialties: Customer Integration Services (EDI, XML, e-business), Purchase Order Management, Supply Chain Visibility.
