Hello, I'm insuring consistency and fairness for all our employees while promoting the group standards and projects to secure engagement of our employees in the regional office in Bangkok. My missions are: - promote our company branding by supporting the local and regional actions with universities and engineering/business schools - participate to the expansion of Essilor mission (CSR) across all of Asia - promote and implement standards across our organisation (> 10 000 people) - manage a wide population of foreigners and insure they are safe working in a foreign country - insure compliance and integrity at all levels of the organization - promote and sponsor our employees' development through annual Interviews, people reviews, career and development discussions processes. I graduated from NEOMA (ESC Rouen at the time) and started my career in sales with a company called Ubix, then moved to Supply Chain with IBM (France, Europe and then UK) before joining Essilor in 1997 as Category Manager for high end products, then Director of European Logistics and Director of WW flows management. In 2011 I moved to HR and had as Chef d'Etablissement du Val de Marne before moving in 2016 t my current position. Feel free to contact me if you want to know more about my job Christophe
