Hi, I worked in agricultural inputs industry in the last 20 years, having experience in marketing & sales and people management. I am responsible for a business line (portfolio) of the two companies under the group umbrella. I follow the business KPI's, mediate the communication inside the group of companies for the portfolio, make the links among the departments for the projects related to "my"portfolio, build forecast and adapt targets, negotiate with suppliers Starting with a career in research and university to acquire the technical knowledge, move via an entry position in multinationals, accept tasks in different areas of activity and geography, but always within the industry and business area.
