Hello, After having worked 30 years for Danone in Western and Eastern Europe, Asia, Africa and Middle East in various General Management and regional VP positions, I have started my own coaching and consulting business 1,5 years ago. I focus today on coaching business executives of big FMCG companies as well as small and startup businesses. Besides, I am in the board of directors of FMCG companies in Russia, India and Belgium. My daily duties consist in supporting CEOs or key business executives in the development of their strategy as well as the execution (mainly focused on M&A inclusing integration of newly acquired companies, international development and sales and marketing) and their leadership skills (focused on the soft skills).
