Hello, After 22 years involved in operational marine and offshore measurements as well as in related R&D activities I am now managing Innovation for Bureau Veritas Solutions Marine & Offshore, focusing especially on Energy Transition and other sustainability topics. I coordinate our businesses and skills development by aligning our core expertise and our worldwide network with the clients current needs, anticipating meanwhile their tomorrow's requests. This transverse position is a daily challenge bringing me what I love the most: people and their culture, technical ambition and business development. My background started with airline pilot licences and carried on with a structure and mechanical systems engineering and master degree. My main field of expertise are vibrations and other mechanical statics and dynamics measurements but I have never refrained my curiosity and it led me to be involved in various projects from CO2 geological storage to underwater noise impact on marine fauna. This last topic became my personal motivation to serve a large and ambitious cause of biodiversity preservation through my humble contributions. Those are spread between technical, business, politics and relationship. I am more than lucky to be able to work at these different levels and I love it !
