Hello, I am a visionary Leader in Higher Education and Healthcare with a keen sense for strategy and forward thinking. She Possesses 23 years of diverse experience in top notch Public/ Private, Academic, Clinical, Management, Training and Research settings in cross-cultural environments. My missions are: - a Professor at Kasr Al-Ainy Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University I have extensive experience in Hematopathology across Kasr Al-Ainy University Hospitals (6,000 beds) ,an Examiner on the Board for the Undergraduate and Postgraduate Programs, supervised Master and Doctorate Theses, a key member on Institutional Accreditation, Quality Assurance and Improvement Committees including NCAAA & JCI. - a subject matter Expert and resourceful Advisor in the Area of Management of Healthcare and Higher Education specialized in Start-ups, Strategic Planning, Organizational Restructuring and Optimizing Operational Performance. -an active volunteer for Women’s Leadership Coaching/ Training delivering training to a variety of audience starting from young team members to high calibers. A holder of a PhD in Medicine (Cairo University-Egypt) coupled with and MBA (ESLSCA- France) which complemented which marked my Career with my impactful contributions in developmental and reform projects at Cairo University.
