Hello! I work as HR Director at Orpalis, one of the leading companies developing SDK and API around Graphic Chain and workflow automation. Our dev activities balance between research and high level coding, as we are developing for developers. My goal task is to ensure that the HR workforce is aligned with our company's strategic goals, which means mainly: recruiting our talented contributors, coaching them in their professional development, gain in maturity, think collaborative, being human and performer. I have a legal background (15 years as Business & Legal Manager in The Walt Disney Company) that helps me to assess long term vision, talent acquisition strategy, business partner orientation, all necessary for an HR Director. The passed 10 years also gave me possibility to advise all size companies in their strategic HR needs, and what could be tomorrow competencies and future jobs. I am available to discuss with you on both my HR experience and the various opportunities that can offer the development jobs, now and tomorrow.
