Hi there, I am in the automotive industry now for the last 10 years. I started as an After Sales Manager and now moved to being a Regional Warranty Manager. Still enjoying what I do. I will be glad to help. Warranty is a cost center for most companies. In the automotive industry it is also an important profit center for the retailers and a massive customer satisfaction tool. As it is my responsibility to find a good balance between reducing cost for the company that employs me while at the same time keeping a good working relationship with the network and making sure that customers are getting the support they need.
