Présentation de Laurence

Hello, I was born and raised in France and moved to the US 40 years ago. If you're interested in the US market, I'm happy to give you insights into the American job market and my buying/HR/sales experience. As Sales Consultant for a luxury bathroom and kitchen design company, I give design advice and solutions, market to the trade, develop a personal relationship with designers and architects, manage projects, respond to post-sales problems, do job site visits to address issues. I am a French native, grew up in Paris and graduated from L'Institut des Langues Orientales with a Japanese degree before moving to the US in 1978. I went back to school in LA and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Cal State Long Beach. I have worked here for the past 40 years in various roles, mainly in the design industry. I really enjoy my work and mentor several employees at Waterworks. I still have a very strong personal connection with France although my work experience is mainly in the US. I'd be happy to mentor a student interested in my experience.
