Hello, I am Cornel and I'm engineer with a good experience in operations and management in Automotive. Looking after: - the industrial system standard compliance and new developments in a digital enviroment and agile mindset - Performance KPI - checking and coaching for all Renault plants - mechanical engineering background - industrial enviroment I had several positions in SupplyChain, Manufacturing and Process engineering before being for more than 10 years in a Plant Manager position for turbochargers, engines, gear boxes and vehicles - 3 different plants from 700 employees to 8000. - bias for execution, customer focus mindset and problems solving skills.
