Hello, I am a part time CFO working for several small and medium companies in Australia. I work in Finance, Systems & Process Improvements, Projects and Procurement. At the CFO Centre, we help small and medium size companies with their finance. It could be their monthly reporting, quarterly forecast, annual budget or 3 years plan. It can also be some one-off projects such as implementing an off-shored finance team or new accounting software. With my finance background where I have been a Group CFO, Finance Director, Finance Consultant and Financial Controller in different industries (pharmaceutical, FMCG, event, media & online) and countries (France, UK, Australia,...), I have gained a lot of experience over 25 years (Finance, Tax, Legal, Procurement, Accounting, Project Management, IT & HR). Being a CFO is not just Finance, but other skills than you need to improve and optimise for the benefits of your client.
