Hello, I am a banker/financial expert at VMS Capital currently providing trade finance solutions to the small & medium sized enterprises that have contracts with bluechip companies as well as Consultant to the International Finance Corporation/World Bank with previous experience in banking (with African and European experience) and process/mining industry. I am currently Executive Director and one of the three principal at VMS International (Pty) Ltd and VMS Capital (Pty) Ltd providing Supply Chain Management and Optimised Sourcing providing specialized product and services to the SME sector and financial services sector, the Agricultural, Mining and Chemicals industries. Main duties is creating customer wealth by leveraging its knowledge and expertise of the industries it services by adding value in the various stages of the supply and service chain. In 2019 I was engaged by the International Finance Corporation (World Bank Group) as Consultant on short term basis consultancy basis providing advisory on Corporate and Institutional Banking business to its bank clients on as-needed basis. What led me my current role has been my desire to as Engineer to work in the financial services industry providing structured financial solutions. This is coupled with the experience gained working for international organisations in Africa and Europe. I graduated as Chemical Engineer from the University of Birmingham UK and worked for the mining industry, petroleum industry and banking sector. I also obtained an MBA in International Businesses and have had various leadership training at various places including INSEAD . I am available to discuss my career path in detail.
