Hi everyone, I am HR Business Partner at Tesco. I am responsible for Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Hungary. I have over 17 years of experience in various parts of HR. I am Czech origin, used to life in Orleans within my Erasmus studies and also worked on assignment in the UK. I am supporting and challenging leaders and managers to grow so that they are great leaders for their teams. I started from a scratch to build my career and gain experience. I learned from my mistakes and I also learned a lot from my network and great leaders around me. I am a business professional, I led various teams directly and remotely. I am also mum of 3 little angels (6yrs, 3yrs & 1 mth). As a mum I have to be super efficient at work and at home to manage both life roles. I am happy to share more about my expertize with you.
