Hello, As an HR Director, I help and advise my HR managers and the location managers to define the key elements of the HR strategy for their site in order to support their business plan. I also ensure that the HR practises of all sites are aligned with the corporate values and the Corporate HR strategy. In order to achieve that, I work closely with the location HR Managers, coaching them during the deployment or development of new tools. In my role, I am involved in all topics of HR: talent acquisition, industrial relations, compensation & benefits, learning & development, talent management, ethics & compliance, M&A, organisational development & change management, workforce planning.
