Hello, I have been working as a Software Engineer Team Leader for 2 years and as a Quality Project Engineer for 2 years in the same company. I manage a team of 10 Project Quality Engineer in Germany at Frankfurt, in Mexico at Juarez and in China at Shenzhen. My mission is to monitor and control the conformity on Development processes, manage the Quality Project Engineer and to take care of the customer interface for quality matters. Following my Master degree in Enterprise Engineering, I joined an automotive company. At first, I leaded a software team in the industrial department and I was gradually promoted to manage a project and became a Project Quality Engineer.
