Hello, Kindly note that i have around 14 years of experience in Crédit Agricole Bank, National Bank of Egypt and KPMG in different roles (retail risk management, fraud management, internal audit, compliance and AML). Currently in National Bank of Egypt I am member of Consumer Protection Committee which responsible for the following: a. Ensure the adherence to the newly issued instructions Within the timeframe by the central bank of Egypt regarding consumer protection in banking sector. b. Overseeing the implementation of the instructions across the banks’ sectors. c. Present the status of the implementation to the Audit Committee and to the Board of Directors. d. Helping meeting with senior management staff to agree on the action plans.
