Hello, I am originally an Engineer in Industrial Computer Science and Control. In my 30+ years experience, I had the opportunity to work in many domains and industries. I am now focused in Business development for the Semi-conductor market mainly in San Francisco Bay Area. A big part of my job consists in managing the Client relationship: Main technical communication channel with the client, making sure all current projects match expectancy (delay, cost, quality, satisfaction, technical target, ...). Another part concerns Investigations about new technologies or ideas to put in place to respond to either some client urgent needs or estimated future needs. These lead to the writing of new specs for new hardware/firmware developments and discussions with the development teams about feasibility, time frame and cost. Many times it includes tests or validations of the prototypes. And finally, another aspect is about being the link between all internal resources, the sales team, the supply chain and the support team to provide the best service to the client.
