Hello! Bonjour! I'm a project manager within a professional services team working for an Australian ed tech company. I'm from France and I've worked in Australia for 8 years, over 2 years in this role. My daily responsibilities include: • Develop, improve, and ensure adherence to customer implementation to ensure customer goals and timelines are met. • Build and maintain strong stakeholder and customer relationships, leveraging and coordinating internal resources where required. • Develop processes and procedures to successfully support and effectively resource multiple implementation engagements concurrently. • Continually review and develop processes and documentation to deliver best practice customer engagement and support programs. As part of my role at Schoolbox, I strive to ease up my team's daily processes and improve our schools' onboarding journey. I aim to integrate our systems as much as possible.
