Hello, I’m responsible for elaborating the medium/long term production plans for the Vaccines’ manufacturing Network together with a ~15-20 people. My day to day consists in working with the team and our stakeholders (in the Operations, Finance and Supply Chain) in context of the monthly S&OP process to balance the demand and supply plans as best as possible throughout the whole horizon (18 - 36 mths) and to address any potential risk/issue of unbalanced plan. The ultimate objective is to ensure reliable supply to our customers while optimising all end to end supply costs. I’ve been doing Supply Chain management during 15years in the same company. I had chance to cover most of the End to End Supply Chain activities (customer service, demand management, short, medium and long term planning, purchasing of raw material, inventory management, etc) in different local and global functions in different locations across FR, BE and the UK. I met and worked with a rich diversity of people from various origins and backgrounds which made the journey even more exiting and fulfilling!
