Hello there 🤚🏼 My name is Minh and I'm Enterprise Sales Director. My responsibilities have mostly revolved around building and nurturing long-term client partnerships. From a sales perspective, what I used to do on a daily basis included: - connecting with current and potential clients, - understanding their challenges and objectives, - demonstrating our product and value proposal, - negotiating optimal deals for all stakeholders, - aligning project scopes with customer success, - reviewing business indicators and best practices. Originally from a technical background, I have progressively switched to sales management over the course of my career, mostly in HR tech. Developing entrepreneurial skills along the way, my previous job brought me to NYC to open the US branch of a French startup. In charge of readjusting our product positioning, onboarding market analysts, and strengthening our network of partners, I have worked for four years in the US. I feel quite lucky to have been part of this adventure, and in the end we managed to successfully establish ourselves as a key player in our vertical 🌻 o be honest, I had no idea what I wanted to do when I was a student, and ended up becoming a computer science engineer without much reflection. Unfortunately, it was not for me. But I got lucky and randomly heard about the pre-sales / solution architect job. This hybrid and key role between product, marketing and sales was the perfect fit for me to get started. It has provided me with insightful business and entrepreneurial acumen over the years, and ultimately brought me to top sales management.
