Hello, Agile and creative expert with strong transformation experience in Finance, Healthcare and Digital across multiple geographies. Specialist expertise in assessing, advising and improving software development, IT operations and technical infrastructures within international organisations, particularly with key technology changes and digital transformations. A passionate internationalist, I have successfully led multiple teams in multi-cultural environments with transverse competencies, delivering digital transformations, organisational redesigns, performance management & improvement programmes, as well as various technical corporate strategy implementations. My duties include: - meeting with clients to understand their needs; - meeting with operational teams to transpose these needs into processes that we develop; - meeting with investors and partners; - managing teams delocalised in different countries; - ensuring the integrity of an overall process covering the full supply chain; - screening all active and passive candidates by conducting phone interviews.
