Hello, Create value, synergies and passion - On-field change management, facilitate meetings, assist on KPI and performance management - Benchmark and strategic analysis, follow-up of technology and organisation trends, identification of business needs - Proof of value development, assistance in agile delivery, communication of best practices, design thinking A computer engineer, I started as a business analyst. I grew then as a project manager then product manager in various Industries. My focus is about linking IT and Business teams and solving gaps between them to bring the highest value. I am passionate about human collaborations and learnt design thinking, agile methodologies and invest myself in new organization models opposite to the traditional hierarchical companies.
