Hello, Running and Operate IOTA Group subsidiaries of Malaysia, Hong Kong & Singapore - Responsible for all aspect of the companies, - Responsible for the financial reporting, cost control, HR, Group Insurance, liaising with Auditors and Tax consultant, IT update and all contractual aspect - Follow up and report accurate and timely financial information on monthly basis - Managing existing and start-up organisations in numerous countries, - Management of the teams in Kuala Lumpur with month end close processes, financial analysis and forecasting, delivering payroll, client billing, treasury and funding requirements, supplier payments and credit control, - Support the local Finance stakeholders through the shared services within companies covering Switzerland, Singapore, France, Abu Dhabi, Nigeria and with local partner such as South Korea, PNG, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines and Indonesia, - Make sound decisions and recommendations based on understanding of Finance concepts, methods, standards, principles, and technology, - Analyze operational and technical information to identify and develop recommendations for improvements in Finance processes and policies, - Set service-frame agreements , key performance indicators, strategic vision, and project roadmap for the organisation - Define prioritisation of non-standard team deliverables (e.g., projects, reporting requests). Accountable for delivery of agreed upon deliverables, - Team Management: coaching, motivating, developing, training and leading teams to meet and exceed targets and KPIs, - Responsible for the ongoing development and improvement of service delivery including the adoption of new best practices and process improvements, - Responsible for documentation of processes and knowledge transfer within the team, - Hands-on strategic and focused approach, with emphasis on customer relationships, reliability and promptness. - Effectively align multi-cultural organisations towards a common vision. Main Area of Expertise: Finance, Administration, HR Solutions, Start Up, Procedures, Internal Control, Cost Control, Tax, ERP Implementation. After a DUT GEA and graduated at ISG in 1993, I started my career with TOTAL in a Finance role in their subsidiary in Ghana. I moved back afterwards in Paris. Travel to Asia and settle in Jakarta, then Kuala Lumpur, Ashgabat and Abuja with Bouygues Construction on a site construction in an Admin & Finance role. I learn a lot in terms of company process and budget cost control. I am now working for a services company delivering HR solutions to project/site client.
